What you'll need

2 scoops Herbalife® Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix, Café Latte
1 cup and 3 TBSP nonfat, low-fat or plain soy milk, divided
Cinnamon (optional)

What to do

Add Herbalife® Formula 1 Shake Mix and 3 TBSP cold milk in a mug, whisk until smooth.
Add 1 cup hot milk, whisk until well blended.
Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
