Mango Salsa

Sweet, spicy and tangy, this mango salsa is delicious on grilled fish or chicken.

What you'll need

2 cups mango chunks, diced
¼ cup minced red onion
½ avocado, diced
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 Tablespoon lime juice
Salt and red pepper flakes to taste
½ teaspoon ground cumin

What to do

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Can be eaten immediately, or cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
