Miso Dressing for Salad or Veggies

What you'll need

¼ cup yellow miso paste
2 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon honey
2 teaspoon sesame oil
pinch garlic powder
pinch ginger

What to do

Whisk miso paste and water together in a small bowl until smooth. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
