Overnight Oats with F1

These overnight oats have a flavorful topping made with chopped pears, cinnamon flavor Herbal Tea Concentrate and apple flavor Active Fiber Complex.

What you'll need

½ pear, finely chopped
½ tsp. Herbalife® Herbal Tea Concentrate, cinnamon flavor
1 scoop Herbalife® Active Fiber Complex, Apple Flavor
2 TBSP + ¾ cup cold water
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 scoops Herbalife® Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, Banana Caramel
2 scoops Herbalife® Protein Drink Mix, Vanilla

What to do

Mix chopped pear, Herbal Tea Concentrate, Active Fiber Complex and 2 TBSP cold water together in a small bowl. Stir until well combined. Set aside to allow mixture to thicken while you prepare the oats. In a mason jar or small bowl, mix rolled oats, Formula 1 and Protein Drink Mix together with a fork. Gradually add 3/4 cup water, stirring until well blended. Spoon pear mixture on top. Cover tightly with jar lid or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or up to overnight. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon before serving, if desired.
