Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Mug Cake

What you'll need
2 scoops Herbalife® Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, Pumpkin Spice
1 scoop Herbalife® Protein Drink Mix, Vanilla
3 TBSP light ricotta cheese
¼ cup lowfat milk
What to do
Spray the inside of a large coffee mug with pan spray, or wipe lightly with a paper towel dipped in canola oil.
Combine ingredients in a blender and mix well. Pour into prepared coffee mug and microwave on “high” power for 2 ½ - 3 minutes, until puffed and cooked through. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
