Sesame Salad Dressing

An Asian-inspired dressing with flavors of sesame and soy.

What you'll need

3 TBSP rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
2 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
1 TBSP toasted sesame oil
3 TBSP canola oil
1 small garlic clove, finely minced or grated (optional)
¼ tsp. ground white pepper

What to do

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or shake in a covered jar. Will keep in the refrigerator for 1 week.
