½ Tablespoon olive oil
½ cup sliced green or red bell pepper
½ cup sliced red onion
4 cups mixed greens
½ cup canned black beans, drained
¼ small avocado, diced
Prepared tomato salsa
3 ounces grilled top sirloin steak

What to do
In a small frying pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, add onions and peppers and sauté 4-5 minutes until soft and just starting to brown. Remove from heat and set aside. In a large bowl combine mixed greens, black beans (and corn, for 600 calorie meal), avocado and salsa and toss well. Transfer salad to a serving plate and top with steak and sautéed vegetables.
